I contacted a lot of companies and this was the best choice hands down. The communication was very good. They kept me constantly updated. After they fixed some things on my mom’s roof, I instantly hired them for mine. The workers were very nice. The price was definitely better than the other companies. Highly recommended.

To whom it may concern,
Visionary Roofing did my roof and my flat roof in the back because it was leaking and it was old. Mike from Visionary Roofing gave us a quote,and we signed right up with no money down and financed the whole thing.They installed architectural shingles with a lifetime warranty and a 4 layer flat roof system. I'm very happy with the whole process took less than a month.

Michael from Durham came out and provided a quote and was by far the lowest cost. He also drove 20 miles to my home to drop off a sample of the shingle so I can see it and provide it to my HOA for approval.
I ended up not replacing the roof because I sold the home; but if there was another project I needed to complete I would call him again.

Soon after posting my request for a roofer, Mike Rizzo of Durham Brothers was the first to respond. I'm an effort to give me a realist quote, he and staff visited my property twice. True to the promise on their website, Mike has given me guidance, offered various scenarios and possible solutions to the complex issues I am facing with not only the roof but accompanying problems for which there are not simple solutions. When other companies staff have simply walked away from the property without explaination or the courtesy of a return phone call Mike returned my phone calls including after traditional hours on Friday. The exemplary customer service responsiveness and attention to detail have earned Durham Brothers my appreciation, future business and referrals.
