I posted my request on thumbtack and was immediately called by John with JM Pool and Spa Corporation. We spoke briefly and John found no issue in coming to my home with a solution for my pool. Not only did he come by the next morning to begin fixing the issue, he has also taken the time to check in with me 2 days later to check on not only the pool, but my satisfaction with his services. John is a down to earth, hard worker and I’m relieved that he will now be servicing my pool weekly. John is the 4th pool service I have in the past 5 years. He is by far the most responsive and professional. No surprises. The 4 others were terminated due to surprise fees, completing unauthorized work and expecting payment, and grossly inflated charges for additional pool services. I have any had any of the issues with John.
