FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Individual therapy sessions are 60 minutes and are priced at $150 per session. I am in-network with several major insurance providers including Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare. If I’m not in-network with your provider, I can supply a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. I also offer a limited number of sliding scale slots for those with financial hardship. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice) or no-shows are billed at the full session rate, and insurance does not cover these fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free 15-minute consultation. If it feels like a fit, you'll complete intake forms, and we’ll begin with a full session to discuss your background, goals, and treatment plan. All sessions are held online.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with several years of experience. My clinical focus is on women’s mental health, particularly maternal mental health, identity, anxiety, life transitions, and body image. I’m trained in a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy. I also continue to invest in specialized training, including perinatal and trauma-informed care
