Great guy. Just showed up when he said he would. Did what he promised. Right price. I'll be using him again. My windows were disgusting, they hadn't been cleaned in over a decade and this dude, made them shine. No surprises.

I couldn’t be happier with the results. I used to kill myself up and down on the ladder, battling spider webs, dealing with disgustingly dirty windows. Ahhhh. Enter Clean View. Frances did a perfect job of cleaning our windows! We have a large 2-storey home with many hard to reach windows which were very dirty. He removed the mesh from each window individually and worked diligently until everything was spotless. Thank you 😊

We were very happy with Frank from Cleanview Windows. He answered my request for an estimate immediately , he came the next day to give the estimate and did the Windows the following day. He was polite and thorough and did a great job ! I would not hesitate to use him again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One thing that customers' should know is that while I sometimes may not be able to beat my competitor's prices, (although I often do), i always give plenty of value that in my opinion makes up for that and then some. I understand how important it is to leave a good impression; and because as of right now I do all the cleanings personally, I never leave a job until the customer is satisfied.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet a new customer there are several topics I quickly explain to them. These include how I come to my price, how long the cleaning should take, what they should expect out of the cleaning and also payment methods.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked as a window cleaner for the last 17 years. I have been trained in using boom lifts, scissor lifts, ladders, and just about everything else that comes with the territory. I have also taken safety courses and have been properly trained in using a razor to remove paint overspray without leaving scratches.
