- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is different for every customer, all depends how many rooms and distance! I do tend to do cheaper because your already spending a lot relocating. I don’t need to charge you an arm and a leg for doing a job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make sure I’m understanding them so I’m not there just to move them I’m there to make sure they are satisfied with ever move we do! Happy customers are the best customers!
