I will write a follow up to this review (after getting the video and photos). We are so fortunate to have found Pando! My father had passed away but not all the family could come to Florida on short notice. It was important that we capture his burial ceremony at Florida's National Cemetery. Dad received full Military honors so we wanted to remember such a special good-bye. Pando was amazing!! All the stuff you would expect (on time, attention to detail, asked great questions) and a warm caring person to boot! Thanks Pando!!
