  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    All of our pricing is custom calculated based on the individual client's needs. This is to ensure the client is only paying for the services he or she requires.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We will start with a free consultation via phone, text or email to outline general needs. If we choose to move forward I will provide a full proposal outlining the services I can perform, the cost and the schedules as well as how I plan to best perform these services. The fee for this proposal will then be deducted from the client's first month if they choose to hire.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been doing bookkeeping for over 15 years, mainly in the independent contracting and construction industry. I have over 20 years of administrative experience as well as over 14 years of office management experience. I have taken and am currently taking business courses at my local state college and am QuickBooks certified as a Pro-Advisor.
