Be more responsive. It takes forever to get get back to you very unprofessional. I paid for services and none of my needs were met. Feels like a scam because lack of communication.

This clients statement is incorrect. All agreed upon tasks have been completed. Our firm has logged over 1200 transactions of work in the clients account.
I stated to the client that his bank needed to be reconnected twice in my free initial account summary on the 6th. He reached out to us on the 17th for a status and at that time the bank was still not connected. I acknowledged that I could have followed up on the issue earlier therefore I stated I could give him a refund of a portion of the retainer he paid as a show of good faith.
No deadline or completion date was discussed before the agreement was put in place. When given a date my a client I meet or if I’ve agreed to it.
All work is completed and the account is current. We logged time over the retainer however I am waiving the overage. I am not giving a refund on work we completed as I attempted to appease the client and it seems he was not receptive therefore we will lose the overage but keep our payment for the services we provided.
My history shows that I always complete my work as agreed and that I provide a good service to my clients. I stand behind that record and will continue providing the services and work quality I always have.

All of our pricing is custom calculated based on the individual client's needs. This is to ensure the client is only paying for the services he or she requires.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with a free consultation via phone, text or email to outline general needs. If we choose to move forward I will provide a free summarized review of your account. The next step is to prepare a quote for hourly or custom monthly services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing bookkeeping for over 15 years, mainly in the independent contracting and construction industry. I have over 20 years of administrative experience as well as over 14 years of office management experience. I have four technical certificates in business related fields and am QuickBooks certified as a Pro-Advisor.
