- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not necessarily the cheapest but we are competitive, We try and work with our customers the best we can. We give quality work for a reasonable price. We also carry a 1 year Guarantee on the areas excluded/ treated
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first do a full inspection of the structure and situation to determine all possible infestation, entry points and issues present. We then discuss with the homeowner what the findings and options are.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Trappers have been in my family for many years, My brother owns a Trapping business down south. I loved working with him on my open days. I was a plumber over 35 years when my wife was diagnosed with stage 3 Breast Cancer and we decided we needed to start a business where we can spend more time together. She's in remission now and we are the proud owners of Trap Masters LLC.
