- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our call charge is 129.00. This is for a complete diagnostic, to figure out what the issue is. If parts are needed for the repair, an estimate will be written up for you. If you go forward with the repair, half the call charge will be applied to the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
listening to the customer is tge most important part of the process. understanding exactly what the issue at hand is. This helps so much with diagnostics.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 18 plus years of field service experience. I have worked with manufacturers like Bosch for 8 years, Whirlpool for 4 years Yale appliance and lighting for 5 years and have worked on most in home appliances out there.
