Hi, I’m Kyle, owner of A/C Authority in Port St. Lucie. I’ve been working in HVAC since I was 15 years old and started A/C Authority in 2019 because I believed homeowners deserved a better experience when dealing with their air conditioning. I was born and raised in Martin County and have lived in St. Lucie since 2004, so this community is home to me. I take pride in helping local homeowners stay comfortable and making sure the job is done right. What sets my company apart is communication. When an AC system breaks, most people are stressed because they don’t know what’s happening or what the next step is. I make it a priority to explain the issue clearly, provide honest options, and keep customers informed throughout the process. I handle everything from troubleshooting and repairs to full system replacements. My goal is simple: fix the problem correctly and make the process smooth and straightforward for the homeowner. I had a great experience with A/C Authority Inc. They communicated quickly to my request and scheduled an appointment. They confirmed the appointment beforehand and kept me updated about their arrival. They showed up on time and performed the service thoroughly and efficiently. After the service they shared recommendations, but allowed me to decide if I wanted to approve any extra services. They also followed up after the service to ensure my satisfaction.
