- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My philosophy is: If you take care of me I will take care of you. I offer discounts to repeat customers depending on the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask a few questions and explain the pricing and availability which is usually the same day. I love to teach the my customers about the job I am doing in order to make sure that we are on the same page so that the results are exactly what my customer asked for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work with different Airbnb and property management companies. I teach myself how to do everything I know by watching hours of videos and practicing until the quality levels can only are described as OCD (aka an appreciation of quality.). I want to be a Jack of all trades and a Master of Smart home devices, home security, and general home maintenance.
