- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I specialize in carrying Mohawk products, but I carry all major brands. If you have already purchased the floor or carpeting, that is no problem. I am happy to install it. My pricing is very, very competitive to the marketplace, with installation or products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I give them a free consultation. I go over the installation process and time frame. If they are purchasing the product through me, then I would work towards getting the right product for them. The right color, style and product to fit their needs. This is most important me, as I truly understand it is a big decision. Once everything is agreed upon, I put together a detailed written agreement. Set the date, and require a 5% refundable deposit as a commitment to the installation date. If there is material purchased through me, a deposit will be required to order, and the balance of material cost required upon delivery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over three decades of on the job training, but I still learn everyday... I never stop learning. 31 years of working at my craft. My father also put me through intense training, lol.
