Joe did an excellent job staying in contact with me via text. Finding out where to pick up the couch and where to deliver it and also the removal of my old couch. I couldn’t ask for anything more. he also put the new couch together and took the old couch apart to get it through the door and into the elevator. It was really a lot of work and we appreciated him.

As pictured below, we started out with a broken pipe and after a trip to Home Depot, my husband believe he fixed it, but something wasn’t quite right so we ended up with a fixed leaking pipe so I had to look for somebody that could help correct this situation I came to Thumbtack because I like the way the platform operates and I got a reply right away from Joseph Crisafulli, I put in my description my situation and what we needed done within minutes I got a response a reasonable fee and he was able to come out the same day actually, I would consider it extremely prompt under the circumstances and when he left, our problem was corrected and my husband is very happy and satisfied we came across Joseph and he could head out of the area, knowing that this problem was fixed we no longer had a leak and broken pipe from the Spicket on the side of our house. He had the right tools, the right knowledge, the right personality, knowledgeable, and very personable. I would recommend Joseph for similar work. He did a great job and when it comes to water in Port St. Lucie, he was worth his weight in gold because that water when the pipe broke was gushing out we fixed it. It was trickling out, but technically on a weekend I didn’t want to wait and just have the water leaking like that and I already had the city out to turn the water off and put it back on so his showing up at our house was more than just fixing the pipe. Homeowner should be able to turn off the water to fix plumbing issues or emergencies that arise when it comes to water so it was a great experience overall I highly recommend Joseph Crisafulli for your plumbing needs and more :) Helenmaryb service call service / service needed 01/10/2026
