- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very fair and competitive with my pricing. I'm not trying to become rich, I want to be able to pay my bills and spend time with my family
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
meet them via in person or through voice on the phone. I find out what the project is and what the customer expects from me. I then either take measurements or figure the time the project will take and what materials are required. from there I will come up with a price and if the customer is happy with the price we move forward with the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have all hands on training, 20 years almost. I had an aluminum construction company for a few years till the economy crashed. then went back to work for a company until this year when I decided I wanted to expand my horizons as a handyman
