I've worked out with Brooke a couple of times and she really motivates you. She has a great personality which is what you need in a trainer. She works you hard with different routines and guides you every step of the way. The enthusiasm she puts into training and educating you is just wonderful. She is my inspiration and why I continue to workout every day. She has shown me that if you believe in yourself you can do anything. Just look at what she has accomplished and that will keep you going.
