Buyer beware, wish i could give zero stars. I paid a $35 estimate fee, then decided to go with another contractor. Peter said the $35 would be credited toward another project. I was patient FOR MONTHS when Peter was out of state fixing his OTHER home. When he came back, he said he would look at the new job and get back to me. I haven't heard anything from him and he is not replying to me. Oh, you should know, he's stealing money from a disabled veteran. Return my money, scammer.

installation is usually billed by the amount of work, but repair work is done by the hour. most repairs are only 1-2 hours of work, but I can usually work out a price based upon a description of the repair work to be done or with some photos sent from a cell phone
