He arrived on time. His energy was good. He everything about putting up the fan. He gave good pointer about other stuff we talk about. It took him no time. And he cleaned up as he was working. I will be calling him back for some more work.

Gerardo arrived on time and did great work on a front door threshold replacement, as well as a screen door repair. In fact, we’re already discussing another project, which shows how impressed we were with his work ethic and work quality!

If I could I would give Gerardo 100 stars. It’s hard to find honest and quality contractors and home improvement workers in Florida. I can’t count how many times I was screwed over. Working with Gerardo was a breath of fresh air. He listened closely to what we wanted to accomplish, provided a detailed and accurate quote, started work right away, was ALWAYS on time, communicated clearly on any issues, was responsive to our requests and concerns, and his attention to detail is unmatched. We redid most of our master bath and put new floors in the whole house. He did every little thing the right way and didn’t cut any corners just to save time. He finished on schedule. He was conscious of his cleanliness at the end of the day and our inconvenience as the work was done. He tried to make everything easier for us than for himself. One thing I loved the most is that he wasn’t just the person who quoted the work, but he was the one there every day doing the work. You won’t be disappointed if you hire him! His work was well worth the very fair price we paid.
