- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price based on job or the hour depending on size of job. I typically charge a full hour no matter what to show up. I come for estimates for free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer, look at the job, go back to the office and work up an invoice then send it to them so they can think about it without having to make up their mind on the spot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a lot of training with safety, and machinery operating. I am a journeyman drywall finisher that I did a 5 year apprenticeship program for. I have been in the construction industry since I was in high school.
