Amazing job! Would give him 10 stars if I could! He responded immediately to my request and kept me informed of any scheduling issues. Once we settled on a time - he showed up promptly. He was friendly, polite and explained everything he was doing and why. Overall, he went out of his way to do the job well and still save me costs when he could. I was very impressed and would definitely hire him again. Highly, highly recommended.

My property management hired a mold removal company but they didn’t do a thorough job. I discovered mysterious white growth and contacted Mike. Just from photos he was able to identify a possible water leak and the white growth was mildew. During the inspection, he was able to find the source of the leak in the HVAC system as well as find mold in all of the a/c vents. Mike has experience in multiple trades and was able to fix the HVAC leak, find multiple issues that I didn’t know even existed and helped me with the mildew, and existing mold.

The team was very professional in the way they prepared the set up prior to performing their work. I was provided a quote up front of what the cost would be and kept informed by the company if there would be an increase in price. The team was very punctual with their turnaround time and I was very satisfied with the end results and the final cost.
