From the minute I contacted Thumb Tack I was surprised how fast and easy it was to make contact with contractors that would be able to do the job. My husband and I were going to install the floor, but quickly realized it was too much for us to handle. Reno Floors reached out to us, gave us a quote and was able to install the floor 3 days later. The crew from Reno Floors show up on time, started working immediately and had the job completed by 4:15 PM. I was extremely impressed by their professional installation and how beautiful the floor turned out. I would highly recommend Reno Floors to my family and friends.

Originally I requested quote from Reno for labor only work of installations of new laminated floors. He came to my house with thorough inspections and also brought a sample of his LPV product. He provided me with the details of tech sheets. After my own research with assistance of AI, I found out that his product has very high quality and reasonable price. He completed works for the new floors and stairs on time and with high quality. He demonstrated professionalism throughout the project. Both my wife and I are very happy. It is highly recommended for anyone interested in new floors.

Reno did a great job installing my laminate flooring. After I submitted a quote request through Thumbtack, he responded within minutes and was very professional. He asked the right questions and provided a fair quote the same day.
Communication was excellent, he confirmed the appointment the night before and texted the morning of to let me know he was on the way. The finished flooring looks amazing! Plus, the quality of the work is clear. I would definitely recommend Reno and will be calling him again for future flooring projects!
