I had an outstanding experience with Reno. They responded to my Thumbtack request almost immediately and were extremely up-front and professional from the start. I had water damaged wood flooring that need replaced and they arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and managed to remove my old floors and install brand-new ones all in the same day. Their punctuality and attention to detail really stood out. The floors look fantastic, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free and affordable! Highly recommend!

We had a few laminate boards that needed to be removed and replaced with new boards due to damage and incorrect installation from a flooring company. Reno did a great job replacing the boards as they look perfect and you can’t tell that they are not the original. He explained everything to us before hand and was clean, neat and put everything back when he was done. Very professional business owner. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Reno.

Reno Floors was quick to respond to my inquiry, explained all the nuances regarding the flooring (e.g., baseboards, transitions, furniture moving, etc) so I understood what was involved and determine what I wanted to do. Material selection was good. Had my flooring installed (2 bedrooms) in a day moving all the heavy furniture. Floors really look nice. Will definitely contact Reno Floors when ready to do the other two bedrooms. I got the Cafe au laite.
