I had an outstanding experience with Reno. They responded to my Thumbtack request almost immediately and were extremely up-front and professional from the start. I had water damaged wood flooring that need replaced and they arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and managed to remove my old floors and install brand-new ones all in the same day. Their punctuality and attention to detail really stood out. The floors look fantastic, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free and affordable! Highly recommend!

We had a few laminate boards that needed to be removed and replaced with new boards due to damage and incorrect installation from a flooring company. Reno did a great job replacing the boards as they look perfect and you can’t tell that they are not the original. He explained everything to us before hand and was clean, neat and put everything back when he was done. Very professional business owner. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Reno.

We had Reno Floors out to repair a couple of our LVP boards. They gave us a competitive quote and fit us into their schedule with in a week. Unknown to us the boards in our bathroom by our toilet had some water under the boards. The team said it look like it was probably coming from the wax ring under the toilet and leaking. He suggested going out and getting a new wax ring while his partner started pulling up the remaining boards around the toilet. Sure enough there was water under the toilet around the ring. They replaced ring and put the toilet back down and laid down the extra new boards that we had on hand. All in all it was a success. We were happy that Reno Floors were able to fix the problem right then and there. Very professional and highly recommend them.

After contacting Reno Floors, Reno made an appointment to review the job to be done and answer any questions we had. After his visit, Reno scheduled a day and time to do the job. Reno stayed in contact with us the day of the work letting us know his time of arrival. Reno arrived at our home with 2 employees. Right away they began the work. Reno put down vinyl floors in 4 of our rooms all and all the work was done the same day. The work was very professional, and Reno and his workers were very respectful of our home and property. After finishing the job Reno did a walk thru with us, asking if we had any questions, and making sure we were satisfied with the work and removing all trash from our home. We have already made an appointment for Reno to do a job at my mother's home. I would highly recommend Reno Floors.

I would give 5 stars to all 5 sections! I was very happy start to finish. Reno flooring was very helpful very step of the way. I went from renters nightmare that ripped the carpet out of my house to a very happy camper with a whole house reflooring job! Hopefully I don’t need flooring again, but if so I would definitely reach out to Reno flooring first!
