I sent the following letter to Isaiah (owner of Knock-out cleaning) after he refused to contact me back so I could inform him of the poor work his company did in my home, he has continued his silence to date. I would strongly recommend not using Knock-out cleaning, as they are over priced and they under deliver.
I have called multiple times to speak with Isaiah, regarding the cleaning crew and service he sent to my home on Thursday 10/18/12, with no reply. Since I could not get you to contact me back to speak about the terrible job your crew did in our home, I am going to send this note and inform you of my intention to write reviews of my experience on as many websites as I can reasonably do. It is apparent to me you do not value your business or reputation. My first clue you were not going to perform as you discussed was your lack of trust in your employees, so much so you do not allow them to accept cash on your behalf. My second clue, you would not honor the $90 cleaning fee for monthly service, as I explained I would not commit to the monthly service until after your crew came out and we could see the results. You obviously did not feel they would do a good enough job to warrant them coming back to my home. First and foremost, your employees left without completing the job, my wife asked them to vacuum the stairs, they did not, they made the bed about as well as an 4 year old would. The closet wasn't touched, when my wife asked them to go back through the closet and clean it, after a visibly upset gesture the guy lined up the shoes, only they were not paired together correctly. We had a nice time doing that again. They did not move any furniture when cleaning the floors, the floors they did clean did not look cleaned. I had to go through with a broom after I came back home with my guest, just to get it to look respectable. The rugs they moved out of the kitchen and bathroom were left in another room, we had the great pleasure of cleaning up after our cleaning crew we hired. Needless to say this was an awful experience, and we paid for it to boot. They left without letting my wife do a walk through with them, not that we would have given them a tip, but we wouldn't have known to give it to them because they left without telling us. Isaiah I am surprised as a business owner you would allow that crew to represent you and your business, I am more surprised you would not have the courage or decency to call me back and hear what I had to say. We were told on 2 separate occasions you would be contacting me back. As far as "cleaning you can trust" I feel you should modify that to accurately describe your lack of service and quality.
