- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The client must know the cleaning rates (deep, regular), the frequency of cleaning, the schedules, and the additional charges to other tasks of the house, the transparency in the quote avoids misunderstandings and generates trust for our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My usual process for a new cleaning client includes an initial visit to assess needs, preparation of a detailed budget, definition of scope and frequency, and a first test or deep cleaning. The goal is to establish trust, define clear expectations and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training in the work on the use of chemical products, handling of machinery such as (shushers and vacuum cleaners, among others), and safety and hygiene standards.
