- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have very reasonable pricing now in these times it has become more and more difficult to get honest and good cleaning skilled help with prices going up and up with no stop. How ever I work with my clients to see what best suits their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce my self to them and I like to hear from them what exactly do they want me to tackle at their home to make sure I don’t miss that even if I decide to do a little extra in their homes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have three years of housekeeper duties at the hospital under me. They show us how to sanitize correctly while we protect our selves the best way posible. Also being in the food industry I got my serve safe certification and managing we went through several health department visits and inspections and every single one was above 96 A. I have been working with another cleaning company for over 4 weeks I have learned about customer’s preferences, what chemicals to use to not damage any surface and what needs to be use to have the job made in a sanitized way.
