- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on square footage, and then find discounts or promos that might suit the client best. We only up-charge for agreed upon services that are not included in our standard deep cleanings. Once you receive your initial cleaning we then offer percentages (%) off for future services that are scheduled regularly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by providing a hassle-free quote, then offering any current discounts or promotions. Once the customer picks a date and time that is available, we provide them with a booking confirmation and a notification that we’ll confirm no changes need to be made at-least 24 hours prior to service. Once the cleaning crew arrives and services the home or business properly we check out with the client, and offer any future service pricing or available recurring bookings if needed.

The most important thing to look for when hiring professionals to clean your home is to determine if they’re an established business with the correct resources and insurance to provide trustworthy service. Accidents and damage to personal items are always avoidable when you hire qualified, trained and background checked businesses.
