- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and based on the size of the home and the type of cleaning requested. There are no hidden fees. I offer discounts for recurring cleanings and all costs are discussed beforehand, so there are no hidden fees. All supplies are included unless the client prefers their own products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is very straightforward. I ask what the customer needs, provide a clear estimate, schedule the cleaning, and make sure everything is done to their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of cleaning experience and they are very good at what they do.
