I scheduled GM Elite Lawns & Landscaping to come out for a quote. They did not proactively confirm the appointment. Worse than that, 15 mins before appointment I reached out to confirm since I hadn’t heard anything from them since scheduling, to which I received a response 5 mins after the originally scheduled time that arrival would be in 30 mins (without contact or apology). I was willing to give some grace since it’s the Monday after a long weekend. Waited the 30 minutes to see if they would show up or contact me. Neither occurred so I ultimately decided to remove them from consideration for my project due to the lack of customer service , communication, and respect for my time. It also speaks volumes in how the business might treat its customers. I’m proactively passing on future frustrations.
