I had an amazing experience with this lawn care company. They showed up on time, were super professional, and paid attention to every detail. My yard honestly looks better than it ever has. Clean edges, even cut, and everything just looks fresh and taken care of. You can tell they take pride in their work and don’t rush the job. I scheduled GM Elite Lawns & Landscaping to come out for a quote. They did not proactively confirm the appointment. Worse than that, 15 mins before appointment I reached out to confirm since I hadn’t heard anything from them since scheduling, to which I received a response 5 mins after the originally scheduled time that arrival would be in 30 mins (without contact or apology). I was willing to give some grace since it’s the Monday after a long weekend. Waited the 30 minutes to see if they would show up or contact me. Neither occurred so I ultimately decided to remove them from consideration for my project due to the lack of customer service , communication, and respect for my time. It also speaks volumes in how the business might treat its customers. I’m proactively passing on future frustrations.
