- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer FREE in-home estimates which INCLUDES use of state-of-the-art tools such as thermal imagery cameras and meters to get to the root of the issue. There are extra costs if we need to perform air quality testing to be sent out to a 3rd party lab for analysis. If an issue is established we stride in providing a remediation protocol that is as minimal and less invasive as possible, using natural EPA registered products, keeping our costs typically to a fraction of our competitors while still providing a full warranty on our work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We understand that everyone is unique as well as their properties indoor environments. This is why we like to gather as much information as we can from an air quality and home health perspective. This is how we handle all extents of mold issues from large areas of obvious mold growth to minor odors possibly signaling an issue with your health as our main priority. We love to learn about you, so that you can learn about how we can help!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our firm is a Florida Certified General and Mold Remediation Contractor, with a combined over 30 years of experience and knowledge in construction, mold, and air quality. We also hold many industry standard certifications with organizations such as the IICRC, MICRO Industries, NEARMC and more.
