First, their professionalism stood out immediately. They communicated clearly throughout the entire process and handled everything with care and respect. It was obvious they take pride in what they do.
Their work quality was top-tier. Every item—big or small—was carefully packed, protected, and moved without a single issue. They worked efficiently but never rushed in a way that compromised the safety of my belongings. And yes—they definitely brought the muscles! The team handled heavy furniture with ease and confidence.
What really made the experience special was their kindness and thoughtfulness. Moving can be stressful, but they maintained such a positive attitude the entire time. They were patient, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth for me.

Michael and his team were fantastic. They got my apartment packed away in the UBOX super quickly. I was shocked at the speed but most importantly the attention to place items in spots to prevent breaking in the travel from FL to NJ. 10/10 recommend him and his team.
