- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-The first session is always free. -You will recieve an orientation to learn about the equipment and how to use it. -We will discuss goals, your personal health history, movement screening and fitness testing to track progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Masters degree in exercise science -NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and NSCA Certified Personal Trainer -7 years of experience training athletes -4 years if experience training general population
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I never wanted to be a personal trainer. I wanted to work as a strength coach for college teams. Many people have told me that I have the knowledge and personality to be successful if I work I independently. I am giving it a shot.
