Introduction: I work with adults and youth athletes to improve body compostion (fat loss and muscle gain) develop strength, speed, agility and explosive quickness that will enable them to compete in any sport at a high level.
I enjoy seeing the results when after a client works hard and reaches their goal.

I trained with Lavonn for 3 months. He worked with my husband and I to train for a spartan race. I previously worked with other trainers who just wanted me to follow a cookie cutter exercise program that they probably used for the other clients they had that day. Lavonn tailored the workouts to our goals and individual needs and we appreciated our time with him.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?$25: one 25 minute session $35: one 50 minute session $50: one 50 minute partner workout session Note: Adults who wish to train with me at our facility will need to have a seperate membership or pay a seperate $5 fee per day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?-The first session is always free. -You will recieve an orientation to learn about the equipment and how to use it. -We will discuss goals, your personal health history, movement screening and fitness testing to track progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?-Masters degree in exercise science -NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and NSCA Certified Personal Trainer -6 years of experience training athletes -3 years if experience training general population
