- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do mot charge for travel time unless it is excessive travel, we do not charge for set up or break down time. We will charge if we need to go up or down a flight of steps (3 or more steps) as it ads more risk of transporting our equipment. If there is an elevator we can use there is no extra charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact my client via text, email and or telephone. I do my best to stay on top of details, have all my todo's checked and double checked with my clients. I keep an open contact policy, my clients can reach out to me day or night! They need to know I am there for them!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Computer friendly, we both take high quality photos, we use professional cameras, photo lighting, and quality photo print paper. For Ceremonies I am a Notary, I enjoy writing Customized Ceremonies, I am also an American Marriage Minister. I feel I want to offer all I can to my Brides & Grooms. Even when they do not want a religious Ceremony, I usually get asked for a blessing of their marriage. So as a Minister I can Bless them.
