I received a text from Alix right after I put in the request. He said he could be at my house in 20 minutes to assess my roof damage and he was, punctual and professional. He found the leak and told me he could fix it the next day. The next day they came and fixed my roof leak and reassured me that it was all good. He sent pictures from start to finish and it really out my mind at ease. A+ service!
