Carlos and his team are the kind of people you want when you need to have work done on your house. When I was growing up I often heard this saying that “If you want something done right, do it yourself”. Well that’s what Carlos does. He does it himself. You don’t have the owner come out and give you an estimate and then sends his workers to do the job. Carlos is there “doing it himself”, You know it’s going to be done right because he IS the owner.
I had a minor leak. First of all, Carlos and his team of Roof Leak Hunters did the most thorough job of evaluating the source of the leak. They were the only vendor that went into my attic to assess the situation. As a result they found some areas where there were weaknesses that could turn into future leaks, and included them in the repair. However, despite this, their price was as good as or better than all the others.
Their communication with you is super. It’s obvious he cares about you as a customer. After the job was completed and paid for I had some cosmetic items that I wanted taken care of. Carlos and his team were there the very next day to put the finishing touches on.
The roof area repaired looks good as new and, needless to say, survived the first thunderstorm with flying colors.
Bottom line? They’re my ”go to” guys from here on.

I highly recommend Roof Leak Hunters! They did an excellent job replacing my rotted fascia boards. The work required removing about 4 feet of roof tile, replacing the damaged fascia, repairing and sealing the gutters, and priming the new fascia before reinstalling everything. Their team was professional, arrived on time, and was very responsive throughout the entire process. The workmanship was outstanding, and they left everything looking great. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Carlos and his team went above and beyond on our soffit project. He brought samples, helped us select the perfect tongue-and-groove finish, and even replaced our roof vents in copper to match the gutters.
What stood out most were the thoughtful finishing details- like the quarter-round trim, and the care they took to touch up any paint, leaving everything clean and polished. We’re so happy with the result and highly recommend.

Carlos did an excellent job on our roofrepairs. We bought a new Townhome that had some existing Soffit and Fascia damage that was noted on the inspection report. Carlos came in and repaired it for us and now it looks great. He provided a fair and reasonable price/quote for the repairs. Good communication and he was punctual and on time to do the work. Overall Carlos and Roof Leak Hunters provided great overall value. We plan to do more business with Carlos in the future.

I highly recommend these guys! They came out incredibly fast, gave me a great price, and did an amazing job repairing my patio roof.
