Overall, good carpet cleaning service. The vendor was punctual and responsive and did a pretty good job cleaning. I took off a star because there were some scuffs in the paint after the carpet cleaning was done.

Never showed after communicating and agreeing on a time for the next day. When contacted about not showing, they stated that the time was not confirmed as I'm reading our correspondence where I clearly state the time that will work for me on the day that they proposed.
