- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Though my service doesn't change, I do understand every client has a budget and my goal is to provide them with exceptional services at a price they can afford. I'm always happy to work with my clients in those regards to bring their event to life :-)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to make sure I understand the details of the client's needs. Once we go over the details I document it on a formal quote/contract and send it back to the client for their review and approval. Once approved, they sign the contract and send back to me with their deposit. The next step is for me to deliver the fun and excitement to the event :-)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My absolute love for music, networking, socializing, and loving life got me started :)... I spent much of my money on audio equipment while i was in the military and was always the one who provided music for parties. One day a friend of mine asked if I would DJ his wedding and during his wedding another person asked me if I was available for their wedding as well. Before I knew it, I was consistently booked doing something I greatly loved. After almost 2 decades, I am even more fond of what I do and thoroughly enjoy it :-)
