Highly knowledgeable. Their ability to operate as consultant/ designer/ builder all into one, willingness to go above and beyond to meet my needs from start to finish, and consistent hands-on approach during the entire backyard remodel process; left me without a doubt that I got top value for my money.

They are professionals who understand the conceptual and practical aspects of a construction project. It was so convenient to have them provide me the fence and gate design for my property, make all the material purchases, and handle the labor of the actual installation.

Apex Construction & Development LLC's reply

Dear Amber, I’m sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with our company. We try to be attentive and responsive to our clients’ every need. Failure to properly communicate with our clients is unacceptable, and I apologize for any inconvenience or discomfort it may have caused. I have spoken with our staff and have taken steps to ensure that this doesn’t happen again. Thumbtack is one of the many different platforms people can use to reach us. However, sometimes we can miss or overlook the notifications from these platforms so that best way to get in contact with us and help us meet your needs is by communicating with us via email or by phone which I have provided to you in my initial message. If you’re still interested in getting your project started I can give you a call later today to set up an appointment and discuss your project. We are a small company so every review has a huge impact on our business and our success relies significantly on clients’ reviews. If you give us a chance and choose us for your project, I’m confident that you will be extremely satisfied with our services and see why every single client who has actually hired us and given us a review has given us a 5 star rating. Thank you for your time and I hope you have a great day. Respectfully, Isaac S Leite (Principal Civil Engineer) Office: 352.283.7891 Cell:954.829.5896 Email: ileite@apexconstructiondevelopment.com
