FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically I began by asking the customer questions about what they're expecting, or want. I asked him about colors and material. I try to get as much information as I can. if they can't give me the information I need I set up a meet time to go over with them. explain the process the materials needed and rough estimated time of completion. and then throughout the process I try to communicate with them as much as possible
