Our pricing is based on property size and service type, with standard turnovers starting at $85. Add-ons such as laundry, linen swaps, and deep cleans are available. We don’t believe in hidden fees—everything is transparent upfront. Discounts may be available for recurring bookings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a short consultation to understand your property and specific needs. Then we perform a first clean (often a test clean) to align expectations. Afterward, we create a customized checklist for your property, ensuring every turnover is consistent and meets your standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in short-term rental (STR) turnovers, with a focus on hospitality-level standards. We also incorporate best practices from operations management—such as detailed checklists, quality control, and photo verification—so every clean is guest-ready.
