My experience with Murray Lawn and Garden was horrible. I signed up for monthly services which was suppose to include mowing, trim, weed, feed, and seed for the front and back lawns. He charged me after about a week so I paid in full for the month up front. The guy didn't show half of the time and then made excuses for why he didn't show. He even only mowed the front lawn one time and ignored the back and his excuse was that his trimmer broke. If that was true, then why didn't he at least mow it? It had been two weeks since he had mowed it at that point. He hardly ever returned messages which he claimed was because his phone broke in an accident and he said got a new number, but then later he finally text me from the same number that he had contacted me from in the past. The biggest issue I had with him was when he claimed that he told me to water my lawn when he clearly didn't. I actually asked him directly if I should water my lawn after he weed/feed/seed my lawn and he said, "No." Now, it's been over three weeks since my back lawn has been mowed and he says he can't do business with me all because I called him out for not providing the services that I already paid him for and after he belittled me for not watering my lawn! This person is not a person I would do business with as he is not reliable at all and insults you for doing exactly what he tells you to do and won't admit when he was wrong. I have attached proof of some of my interactions with him.

I’m sorry Cole feels this way. I fired Cole, Cole did not fire me. He was very rude and demanding and inconsiderate of other people, I am not a large company. I provide professional service at an affordable rate.I would like to stay I put fertilizer down watered it in. it’s not supposed to get and abundant amount of water at the beginning stage until the weeds start to yellow and then you want to water heavily.I explained everything in detail. It’s biweekly service or winter schedule so mowing is every other week I mowed his property twice was going to service a second time of fertilizer but then I noticed the yard was very dry crispy and getting burnt from lack of water. Also I did have a piece of equipment fell on me my line trimmer a.k.a. Weedwhacker that had broken the string was not able to come out. I did not have a tool on me on the property to fix it correctly I had to leave go back to the shop after talking with Cole.
