- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your situation and what you need. From there, we create a clear action plan with a straightforward quote for the work required. Once you approve it, we schedule the job and handle everything from start to finish — so you don’t have to stress about the details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’re fully trained and certified to handle restoration and mitigation work the right way. Our team holds IICRC certifications in water, fire, and mold restoration. We’re also licensed by the State of Florida as a Certified Mold Assessor (MRSA5429) and Certified Mold Remediator (MRSR5446). This ensures every job we do meets strict industry and state standards, giving our customers confidence that the work is done safely and professionally.
