Was looking for a professional solution and a guided plan to determine how to rent or sell our home. Contactlessly met with Melanie Schrader, PRM, SRES, CNE, MRP
REALTOR/Property Manager who gave my wife and I multiple courses of action and services her company could engage in to accomplish the course of our choice. We adapted to the present economic climate and will be contracting with them to in the end sell the estate.
Solutions property management was exactly the services provider we were looking for.
We chose to knock out what we could with another week of fix up and cler out and have Ms. Schrader manage the rest of thr fix up and sale of the home.
We are currently finalizing the painting and installing of flooring to then turn over the rest to the team at Solutions Property Management.
I would highly recommend their company to other owner/ renters who want to get on with their lives.
