Again, another 5 star review! We hired Tiago and his crew on the basis of all his 5 star reviews, and we were not disappointed. Tiago and crew did a beautiful job on our floor and ceiling. The previous contractor had laid the wrong underlayment on our slab floor and didn’t apply water proofing, either. Tiago’s crew had to scape the damp paper underlayment off the floor, and did the job right! They went above and beyond to fix all the mistakes from the previous contractor, floor and ceiling. We highly recommend Ferreira Group.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with various payment methods; for credit card payments there is an additional fee of 3.5%, while cash payments receive a 7% discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I seek to understand the client’s needs, then we analyze together a budget that fits the client’s finances. I offer the option of providing both materials and labor to simplify the process and make the project more affordable for the client. From the moment we sign the contract and I begin working, I prioritize addressing all of the client’s concerns and ensuring a positive final result that leaves my client satisfied and happy with the work I delivered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to my experience, I have several courses and specialization certificates, one of which is in toxic substance control under Section 402 of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and certification to perform lead-based paint renovation, repair, and painting activities, in accordance with 40 CFR Part 745.89.
