- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1 hour session-$55 Other options are available in terms of the time of the session in price but my set price is $55 for each 1 hour session. If you bring someone with you I will offer $30 per person instead of $55 for an hour session! We all know it’s more fun with a friend! I offer group classes, if you wanted to bring 2 or more people then the price per session would be $15 per person instead of $55.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will start with getting to know my new client through their Medical history, restrictions, limits, measurements, and preferences. I then spend the first couple of sessions finding those limits along with imbalances some often don’t notice, to get a good idea of where we should start in terms of physical level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently pursuing a degree in exercise science and business. While also have worked a few gyms as a personal trainer for one on one training.
