What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will sit down with a new client, go over their business, see what their particular needs are. I discuss what I can do for them, what my rates are, how I can help them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. I am a Quickbooks Pro Advisor.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise a client to look for someone that will take the time to go over any area that he/she does not understand.
