Although he responded same day as I chose him and repaired the leak from spigot pipe inside the cinder block wall, he does not stick to set up time for completion of work. Apparently I got the plumber that gets early morning leak emergencies etc so once my leak was fixed same day, finishing the outer wall took a couple of extra days. Hole in cinder block was filled with expanding foam which takes at least 24 hrs to dry/expand all the way out of the hole. Than concrete patch. For now I have to wait another day so concrete patch (second fill) from a plastic can you can get at any hardware store has to completely dry. So be prepared for extra time. All materials were provided my him. Let’s hope it all holds. Unfortunately a low leak can take month to seep in through cinder block and eventually your drywall. That repair is in progress as well and costing quite a bit more than new spigot.
