FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and tailored to the scope, complexity, and stage of each project: • We offer initial consultations to understand your needs before defining fees. • As part of our professional process, we generally recommend an on-site visit prior to preparing a formal proposal. This allows us to verify existing conditions, evaluate project constraints, and better understand the project requirements. A site visit fee may apply and will vary depending on the project location and travel requirements. • Pricing may be structured as fixed fees (for clearly defined scopes) or hourly rates (for consulting, inspections, and specialized services). • For larger projects, we can provide phased pricing (design, permitting, and construction support). • We focus on delivering permit-ready, code-compliant documents, helping clients avoid costly delays, revisions, and rework during permitting and construction. Our goal is to provide value, clarity, and predictable costs from the beginning.
