- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is structured and client-focused: 1.-Initial Consultation – Understand goals, budget, and timeline Site Evaluation / Feasibility (if applicable) 2.-Concept Design – Layouts and initial vision. 3.-Design Development – Coordination with engineering (MEP/Structural) 4.-Permit Documents – Full set aligned with Florida Building Code (FBC) (Project submittal to be filed for permitting by the Owner or General Contractor with the County) 5.-Permitting and Construction Phase Support (optional)– Assistance with – Coordination, inspections, and guidance. We ensure clear communication and technical precision at every stage.

*Architects and Engineers with 30+ years of national and international experience. *Certified Home Inspector (Florida) *OSHA 30 Certified (construction safety) *Extensive experience working under Florida Building Code (FBC) and U.S. construction standards. *Proven background in project management, construction, and multidisciplinary coordination.
