Hamlet worked his butt off trying to fix our disaster of an AC unit. He had to come back several days because the installation was a dirty job and was not one simple fix. He was reasonable with pricing and did his best to find us the cheapest possible solution. He was always on time, very courteous, and cracked the difficult puzzle of fixing our heat pump and making our unit run more efficiently. There was so much wrong, but he fixed it all. Now we can really notice a difference in our AC and we have a working heat pump! As an added bonus, he showed us where the filter to our second AC unit was located so we could change it. That one works awesomely now as well.

Great service! Came on a Sunday and repaired our A/C condenser fan very quickly. He had the part on hand already, and was very reasonable. Most A/C repair companies charge an astronomical weekend call out fee (since that's when they always tend to break), but that wasn't the case with Hamlet and Alpha Air Solutions. Highly recommended.
