Hamlet worked his butt off trying to fix our disaster of an AC unit. He had to come back several days because the installation was a dirty job and was not one simple fix. He was reasonable with pricing and did his best to find us the cheapest possible solution. He was always on time, very courteous, and cracked the difficult puzzle of fixing our heat pump and making our unit run more efficiently. There was so much wrong, but he fixed it all. Now we can really notice a difference in our AC and we have a working heat pump! As an added bonus, he showed us where the filter to our second AC unit was located so we could change it. That one works awesomely now as well.

My A/C stopped cooling three days ago and so my father decided that it was the thermostat that was causing the issue and took it upon himself to replace it. When that didn't work, my husband decided to take certain things apart and still couldn't figure out the issue. Let just say, I should of called Hamlet the minute I realized the house was not cooling anymore. I contacted Hamlet yesterday after putting a request on Thumbtack and he quickly responded to my message. Of all the quotes I received his was the best and to top it off his profile was also the best with excellent reviews and 5 star ratings for customer satisfaction. I call that a win win. I immediately called him and although he was already committed to other calls, he was able to fit me in his schedule and was able to come fix my issue within an hour. He was extremely professional and courteous. My father was also extremely impressed as he is the type of man that never believes in hiring anyone to fix anything around the house as he thinks he's mister fix it and can fix anything himself. (he usually ends up making things worst)
I highly recommend Hamlet with Alpha Air Solutions to fix any of your a/c needs. I will definitely contact him for any future issues if need be. His prices were also very affordable for all that he did yesterday to get my a/c working again.
