Kam did an awesome job. He was very knowledgeable and completed the service in a timely manner. He was also pleasant, nice and had great customer service while performing his job duties. He actually went above and beyond to make sure that we had traps set inside our attic for the winter season, where as the other technician who we previously had wouldn't step foot off of the attic steps.
