We had a problem no one wants to talk about. Bed bugs. Still not sure how they got in. What was a real nightmare was taken care of by Newtown Termite & Pest Control. Tim was the main technician to handle the problem. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel confident he would end our nightmare. He did. After 3 treatments our home was home again. Very fair pricing compared to the insane pricing I saw online from larger companies. Signed up for a year of service, which is basically also insurance in case some other invasion of bugs occurs. Very happy.

Kam did an awesome job. He was very knowledgeable and completed the service in a timely manner. He was also pleasant, nice and had great customer service while performing his job duties. He actually went above and beyond to make sure that we had traps set inside our attic for the winter season, where as the other technician who we previously had wouldn't step foot off of the attic steps.
