At Palms Pressure Washing and Maintenance, my pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the specific needs of each project. I provide free estimates and make sure customers understand exactly what they’re paying for—no hidden fees or surprise charges. I also offer competitive rates for repeat customers, bundled services, and larger projects. My goal is to provide quality work at an honest price, ensuring you get the best value for your investment.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When working with a new customer, I start by listening carefully to their needs and goals. I like to see the project in person whenever possible to fully understand the scope of work. After that, I provide a clear, detailed estimate and explain the best options to fit their budget and timeline. Once we agree on the plan, I schedule the work promptly and keep communication open every step of the way. I take pride in being punctual, respectful, and thorough, making sure each job is completed to the highest standard. Before finishing, I always do a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets or exceeds expectations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? I’ve spent over 21 years working hands-on in the construction and maintenance trades, learning every phase of the work—from residential repairs to full-scale construction projects. My experience has given me real-world knowledge that can’t always be taught in a classroom. Over the years, I’ve also completed specialized training in pressure washing, home maintenance, and safety procedures, ensuring all work is done efficiently and up to professional standards. My education comes from years of hard work, problem-solving, and a commitment to always improving my craft.
