Please read. Never in my life have I experienced this. We were messaging back and forth last night and she said I’ll see you tomorrow morning at 8am. When she was 20 minutes late this morning I messaged her and asked her if she was on her way, no response. I messaged again when she was 45min late, still no response. She knew that I’m selling my house and was having an open house and people coming to look at it at 11am today. I have a physical disability that makes a lot of movement very difficult which is why I hired a cleaner. I ended up messaging her 4 times and not only did she never show up, she never even messaged me back. Once I knew she obviously wasn’t showing up, I then had no choice but to clean my whole house before the people came. I’m now in excruciating pain and on my way to the doctor. Absolutely horrible person.

This was the first time I I used and cleaning services and I was stressing...Jackie owner You stress less isn't not playing with that name! I researched and compare customer service and urgency Jackie was the only Owner that saw read and delivered. I needed help today and she was at my house in 1 hour. She even offered me something from the store because she knew how my situation was. All I did was stress tell you what room and area and she didn't just cleaned and standard cleaning easy wipe down. She did ask me she cleaned and as clean as I would do it. She is amazing even put up with me stressing. If I need a service she is the one I'm calling. And she was so awesome if she ever needed help I would work with her in a heartbeat. There are very few people with work ethics and that actually do a fantastic job . I wish I could give two and 1/2 stars because I was satisfied with some things but not with everything. I ordered a "move out" cleaning and was quoted 159.00 dollars via the thumbtack app. Lara and her partner arrived early and wanted to begin early; however, I scheduled my time to be there and let them in based on our agreed upon time. First, I was a little taken back by the fact that her partner, a man, came into the home with no shoes on and he was in his bare feet! I showed them around and explained to her what I needed done. There were no big messes or ground-in dirt to clean and there was no furniture or boxes in the home at all. It was completely empty except for an uninstalled new dishwasher in the kitchen. I wanted them to focus on the inside of the cabinets, the outside of the cabinets, baseboards, light fixtures, dusting, blinds, window sills, bathroom cleaning, tile and wood floor mopping, etc. They did not provide me with any type of list of what they normally clean during a move out cleaning, so I figured they would do what I asked them to do. The only thing that would have been and extra 25 dollars for the fridge to be cleaned out. It was already empty, so I said forget about the fridge, I would do it myself. It only took them 3 hours to clean which I thought was about right since the house was pretty clean anyway and no strenuous moving or scrubbing had to be done. I immediately paid her without inspecting the job since I was at work and I trusted her to do the job. I went on Zelle and paid her what she invoiced me for which was $160.00, not $159. Ok...whatever...only a dollar no biggie. When I went to let the carpet cleaners in that evening, I looked around and was disappointed that the light fixtures in the dining room or the entrance way weren't dusted. I also noticed that not all of the window sills were cleaned or dusted. There were some blinds that were not done either (the vertical blinds over the sliding glass doors.) My daughter had to go in the following day and finish what was not completed. The only thing that I was satisfied with were the bathrooms; although, again, they were not horrible to begin with, but I could see that she cleaned them pretty thoroughly. I asked Lara to send me a receipt showing "paid" for the $160. What she had sent me was an invoice showing a balance of 160.00. I needed a "paid" receipt with a "0" balance so I texted her and asked her for a paid receipt. She couldn't understand what I wanted at first and said that what she sent was good enough for her other clients. Well, good for them, but I needed a PAID receipt to turn into my landlord. She did send me a paid one but only after she had to question me about it. I did tell her in the text that I was pleased with the bathrooms, but not so happy with some of the other cleaning. Well, she became very defensive and told me that what she actually performed was a "post construction" cleaning service because she had to "clean up after my painter." This is not true because when I was there to let them into the home, there was absolutely no paint on any of the floors. Her texts to me were very condescending and unprofessional. (I was not wanting a refund or anything like that.) I was just expressing my disappointment in SOME things. Maybe she could have apologized or been more up front about it instead of challenging me....the CUSTOMER. It was a lesson learned for me. Next time I hire someone to clean, I will make certain I get a list of what will be done beforehand AND inspect the job BEFORE I blindly pay someone.
